Privacy, terms & disclaimer

Privacy policy

This site has no accounts, no cart and no payment, so Vanvahini never asks you for your name, address or payment details on it. When you press a WhatsApp, email or call button, the conversation happens in that app, not on this site.

What is recorded without a cookie: which page was viewed, which product a WhatsApp or email button was pressed for, whether the visit came from a phone or a computer, and which website the visit came from. None of it identifies you and none of it is linked across visits.

We use this only to understand which equipment buyers look for and whether the site answers their questions. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or run advertising on this site. You can ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the grievance officer below.

Terms of use

No offer to sell. Product pages describe equipment we can supply. They are not an offer to sell at any price. Prices, availability and delivery are confirmed in a written quotation, and an order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.

Specifications. We take care that specifications are accurate, but manufacturers change their products. The specification in our quotation, or the manufacturer's current datasheet, is the one that applies.

Brands. Product and brand names belong to their owners. Their appearance here means we supply those products, not that the owner endorses this site.

Content. Text and photographs on this site belong to Vanvahini or are used under licence (see photo credits). You may link to any page and quote specifications for procurement purposes.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at our registered office.

Disclaimer

Photographs. Category and banner photographs show the kind of equipment in that category and may not show the exact model we supply. Product photographs are labelled on each product page.

Regulated equipment. Night vision and thermal imaging equipment may need end-use documentation, and two-way radios need frequency authorisation from the Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing (WPC). We explain what applies at quotation stage.

Suitability. We are glad to advise on what suits a particular use, but the buyer remains responsible for confirming that equipment meets their own specification before ordering.
